Los materiales reciclados se utilizan desde hace varios años en determinados perfiles de protección NOMAPACK®. Los productos identificados como tales contienen al menos un 30 % de polietileno reciclado.*

Desde 2025, determinados perfiles de espuma NOMAPACK® contienen al menos un 35 % de polietileno reciclado posconsumo (PCR).* La gama de perfiles de espuma identificados de este modo se está ampliando progresivamente.

* El contenido reciclado, calculado sobre el peso total del producto, es verificado por el organismo independiente de certificación Centexbel de acuerdo con las normas EN ISO 14021:2016 y EN 15343:2007 dentro del sistema de certificación QA-CER (certificado n.º CTB_QA-CER_C_2025041).
La información sobre el contenido reciclado o PCR se aplica exclusivamente a los productos identificados de forma correspondiente en el embalaje y en la documentación técnica.

¿Qué es el material reciclado posconsumo (PCR)?
El material reciclado posconsumo procede de materiales plásticos que ya han sido utilizados y posteriormente sometidos a un proceso de reciclaje. Se diferencia así del material reciclado posindustrial (PIR), que se obtiene, por ejemplo, a partir de residuos de producción adecuados.

We are proudly certified by Centexbel (formerly Polycert Europe), ensuring full transparency and traceability.

But why does post-consumer recycling matter?
Unlike pre-consumer recycling, which reuses manufacturing scraps,  PCR is produced from materials recovered from products that have reached the end of their initial use phase, helping to reduce the demand for virgin raw materials and increase the use of recovered materials.
